This Refund Policy explains the billing and refund terms for Statify's lifetime license purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
Statify sells digital software access delivered immediately upon successful payment. Our policy is clear and strict:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
2. All sales are final
Except where required by applicable law, Statify does not provide refunds, credits, or partial refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Failure to use the software after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with features, design, or performance
- Compatibility issues with your hardware, operating system, or Discord installation
- Discord account restrictions, bans, or policy enforcement
- Third-party website or integration changes that affect presence detection
- Internet connectivity issues on your device
- Misunderstanding of what Statify does or how it works
Please review product documentation, system requirements, and feature descriptions before purchasing.
3. What you are purchasing
When you pay for Statify, you purchase a one-time lifetime license that grants access to Statify's paid features for as long as we operate the service and your account remains in good standing, subject to our Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA).
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe
- Statify does not store your full payment card number
- You receive access to paid features after successful payment and entitlement verification
- This is not a subscription unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout
Because digital delivery begins immediately, you waive any right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply to digital content where such waiver is permitted by law.
4. Situations where refunds are not provided
To avoid ambiguity, refunds will not be issued in the following common situations:

Support may help troubleshoot issues, but troubleshooting does not create an obligation to refund.
5. Statutory exceptions
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
If the law in your jurisdiction requires a refund, cooling-off period, or other remedy in specific circumstances, Statify will comply with those mandatory requirements. If you believe a statutory exception applies to you, contact support@statify.live with:
- Your account email
- Order date and Stripe receipt reference (if available)
- The specific legal basis you believe applies
- Your jurisdiction
We will review good-faith requests in accordance with applicable law. Submitting false or abusive refund claims may result in account termination.
6. Billing questions and purchase records
For billing questions (not refund requests), contact:

You can access invoices and payment history through the Stripe Customer Portal when available in the Statify app or via links provided after checkout. Keep your receipt for your records.
Common billing topics we can help with:
- Confirming whether a payment succeeded
- Updating billing email through Stripe where supported
- Explaining a charge descriptor on your statement
- Account access issues after a successful purchase
7. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first:
- Your Statify entitlement may be immediately suspended or revoked pending investigation
- We may provide transaction records to Stripe and your payment provider
- If the chargeback is resolved in our favor, access may remain revoked unless you repurchase
- Abuse of chargebacks may result in permanent account ban
We encourage you to contact support@statify.live before disputing a charge so we can help resolve legitimate billing errors.
8. Account access after purchase
A successful purchase activates your lifetime entitlement on the account used at checkout. Refunds are not available if you:
- Lose access to your email account
- Forget your login credentials (we will attempt reasonable account recovery)
- Violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy and lose access for cause
Entitlement revocation for policy violations is not refundable.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to future purchases from the updated effective date forward. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document when changes are made.
